Welcome to VoixaAI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoixaAI Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by VoixaAI ("we", "us", or "our").

By installing, accessing, or using VoixaAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Use of the Service

a. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VoixaAI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

b. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the VoixaAI Chrome extension and website for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

By using VoixaAI, you agree:

• Not to upload invoices or documents that violate any law or third-party rights.
• Not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, or misuse the Service or its components.
• To only upload documents for which you have lawful access and rights.
• To use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Plans and Billing

a. Free Plan

The Free Plan allows limited use of the Service (e.g., a set number of invoice credits). No credit card is required for the Free Plan.

b. Paid Plans

Paid plans (such as the Starter Pack) are available on a credit-based model. You may purchase invoice processing credits, which unlock additional features and priority support.

c. Billing

Payments are securely processed via our third-party provider, Lemon Squeezy. VoixaAI does not store or process your payment details directly. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Processing and Data Usage

• Invoice files you upload via the Chrome extension are securely transmitted to our third-party partner, Taggun, for automated data extraction.
• VoixaAI does not store your uploaded files or extracted data after processing. Files are deleted after the extraction session is complete.
• You are solely responsible for the content of documents you upload and for complying with any data privacy obligations relevant to your use.

5. Account and License

You are responsible for safeguarding your license key and account information (if applicable). VoixaAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for unauthorized or fraudulent use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, features, trademarks, and outputs of VoixaAI are the intellectual property of VoixaAI or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoixaAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted data, uninterrupted operation, or that the Service will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoixaAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, business interruption, or losses resulting from reliance on extracted information or use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license will be revoked and access to features may be restricted.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
